Event format
We use Mozilla hubs for this event (https://hubs.mozilla.com/).
These are so-called virtual rooms in which you are on the move as an avatar. To follow the panel discussion (watching and listening in) it is sufficient to simply click the link (https://hubs.mozilla.com/xK3E3F8/automatisierung) in the browser to open and you are right in the middle of it. This works with most browsers and also mobile.
If you want to join the room to e.g. B. to be even “closer” to the speaker, then simply click on the “Enter Room” button. In the further menu navigation you then have to select your name and avatar. Then select and release your microphone accordingly and test your audio function. As I said, everything happens menu-driven. At the end you are in the room and can move with the cursor keys + mouse pointer.
The rooms are limited to 24 participants, after that you can only linger in the lobby, which is sufficient to watch and listen in.
