How-to

Our Technical Support will help you with all questions about the Deutschmann devices in your system. Before you call us or send us an e-mail because of a technical problem you have with a device, please make sure that you considered the following points:

  • Proceedings in accordance with the manual was kept
  • Deutschmann Technology Wiki was checked - www.wiki.deutschmann.de
  • If problems related to our software tools arise, make sure the current version of the software is loaded, check with our homepage

Support inquiries

are only answered under Tel. +49 (0) 6434 9433-33 or this contact form.

  • Customer number or company name with contact details 

    (required for the  invoicing of the support, provided that there is no more support credit available) 

  • Serial number of the device you have problems with (required for a technical preliminary test)

  • Device designation (if available)
  • Article number (if available)

Technical Support hours

Monday to Thursday 08:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 to 4:00 pm (CET)

Friday 08.00 am to 12.00 pm (CET)

Outside these hours individual agreements for a support subject to charges are possible.

Your request will be recorded in the Support Center. Afterwards our Support-Team will get back to you as soon as possible. (Generally in 1 working day, rarely longer than 3 working days.)
