Before you call us or send us an e-mail because of a technical problem you have with a device, please make sure that you considered the following points:
- Proceedings in accordance with the manual was kept

- If problems related to our software tools arise, make sure the current version of the software is loaded, check with our homepage

Technical Support hours
Monday to Thursday 08:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 to 4:00 pm (CET), Friday 08.00 am to 12.00 pm (CET)
Outside these hours individual agreements for a support subject to charges are possible.
Your request will be recorded in the Support Center. Afterwards our Support-Team will get back to you as soon as possible. (Generally in 1 working day, rarely longer than 3 working days.)
