Deutschmann at the successful restart of the regional all about automation trade fairs

For many months it was not possible to meet at trade fairs. With the 3G control and the corresponding hygiene concept, the hall gates are now opening again.

With all about automation in Wetzlar on September 8 + 9, 2021 and the aaa trade fair in Chemnitz (September 22 + 23, 2021), the first trade fairs for the automation industry took place again. With success.

The days of the fair showed the quality of personal contact at a trade fair. The visitors made extensive use of the opportunity to experience the products haptically again and to have conversations tailored to the individual problem. 156 exhibitors and 1,380 visitors came to Chemnitz. This exceeded the number of exhibitors and visitors from the previous year. In 2020, back then in September and during the pandemic, there were 146 exhibitors and 1,280 visitors. As a special edition, first announced this spring and realized at the beginning of September, all about automation took place in Wetzlar. Deliberately kept in a smaller format, 64 exhibitors met 509 trade fair visitors in the Rittal Arena in Wetzlar.

The all about automation trade fair series will continue this autumn on October 27 + 28, 2021 at Messe Essen. Well over 100 exhibitors are there. On January 19 and 20, 2022, everything to do with automation will be on the agenda again in Hamburg. Deutschmann Automation is an exhibitor at both trade fairs.

*3G is known as the ‘3G rule’ in Germany. It stands for the German words vaccinated (geeimpft), recovered (genesen) and tested (getestet). This means people have to either show proof of vaccination, recovery from a Covid-19 infection or a negative test to enter places, such as trade fairs.
