UNIGATE CL: DIN-rail module
in a special compact design. It combines the characteristics of the series UNIGATE RS and SC. From serial interface to the desired Fieldbus- or Ethernet-version. Generally the interfaces RS232, RS485 and RS422 are on board. The communication between the serial side and the bus can take place either through a device configuration and selection of a marketable protocol, such as Modbus ASCII, Modbus RTU (Master oder Slave), 3964 (R) RK512, DIN Measuring bus, DIN 19244 or alternatively the device is "controlled" via a Script. This Script is generated by means of the free PC-tool Protocol Developer either by the customer himself or by Deutschmann Automation as service.
Through the Script language, that was developed by Deutschmann Automation you have the highest possible flexibility without changing any thing at your product's firmware.
