Protocol converters / serial Gateways!
Fieldbuses set the tasks - Deutschmann solves them!
We are placing 3 product series as DIN-rail modules at your disposal.
UNIGATE CL: DIN-rail module in a modern compact housing
This product series in a modern compact housing that we introduced for the first time in 2005 combines the advantages and the characteristics of the type series UNIGATE SC and UNIGATE RS and is performance-compatible.
Generally the interfaces RS232, RS485, RS422 as well as an SSI are available. The communication between the serial interface and the product can be defined by a configuration with the free PC-tool WINGATE. For more demanding tasks or for applications that do not come to terms with a standard our powerful Script language is available. The Script is generated by means of the free PC-tool Protocol Developer either by the customer himself or optionally by us as a service.
UNIGATE RS: Available as DIN-rail module since 1996
The RS-series was our first Fieldbus module series. The modules have the RS232- and RS485-interface or alternatively the RS232- and RS422-interface available on board.
The configuration is carried out by means of the free PC-tool WINGATE. The UNIGATE RS- and the UNIGATE SC-type series differ in the Firmware only.
UNIGATE SC: First Gateway by Deutschmann capable for Script
The SC-series exists since 1999 and was the first product capable for Script.
The modules have the RS232- and RS485-interface or alternatively the RS232- and RS422-interface available on board. The devices feature our powerful Script language. The Script is generated by means of the free PC-tool Protocol Developer, either by the customer himself or optionally by us as a service. The UNIGATE RS- and UNIGATE SC-type series differ in the Firmware only.
UNIGATE IC: Our series of All-In-One-bus nodes - Embedded solution
Complete Fieldbus- or Ethernet-Gateways in IC-design (DIL32). For a new development the development engineer only has to take the PINOUT of the UNIGATE IC into consideration or he has to integrate it into the product in the course of a redesign. Then the device already has an integrated Fieldbus- or Ethernet-interface available with very little development effort involved.
