Complete Fieldbus- or Ethernet-Gateways in IC-design (DIL32). For a new development the development engineer only has to take the PINOUT of the UNIGATE IC into consideration or he has to integrate it into the product in the course of a redesign. Then the device already has an integrated Fieldbus- or Ethernet-interface available at very little development effort.
The communication between your device and the bus is "controlled" via a Script. This Script is generated by means of the free PC-tool Protocol Developer either by the customer himself or by Deutschmann Automation as service.
Through the Script language, that was developed by Deutschmann Automation you have the highest possible flexibility without changing the firmware of your product.

Why are several CANopen- and Profibus IC-versions available?
On account of customers' requests several versions for Profibus and CANopen became into being over the years.
