Dynamical switching accelerator Speedy
When switching on and off magnetic controlled connecting devices delays occur, that consist of two components:
Delay time for the assembly or disassembly of the magnetic field
Delay time for overcoming the mechanical inertia
To reduce this delay time SPEEDY makes it possible to overexcite the magnetic field by a short duration over-voltage pulse of 100V, adjustable from 1ms to 10ms and consequently to overcome the mechanical inertia faster.
When switching off the time delay for the reduction of the magnetic field is considerably decreased by a negative free-wheeling voltage.
The state of the inputs and outputs, also of the supply voltages is optionally displayed by integrated LEDs.
SPEEDY features different switch modes that can be adjusted externally.
