- Proceeding iin accordance with the instruction manual was kept
- FAQs on our website were checked
- In case of problems in connection with our software tools the current versions of the software was downloaded from our website and checked

Support inquiries are only answered under this telephone number or this e-mail link. Please have the following details available for a call:
- Customer number or company name with contact details (required for the invoicing of the support, provided that there is no more support credit available)
- Serial number of the device you have a problem with (required for a technical preliminary test)
- Device designation (if available)
- Article number (if available)
